By placing an order on the One South UK Web Store you acknowledge to have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. 


Online Orders


We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted via a confirmation email to the email address provided by you. You will receive a second email on dispatch of your order.  


UK Shipping & Delivery 

We aim to process and dispatch any order placed between Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) within two working days. We aim to process and dispatch any orders placed during the weekend or holidays the next working day. We use Royal Mail standard signed for delivery and you should receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. Orders will require a signature on arrival. We will aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however, One South UK cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery during busy periods for Royal Mail. You are responsible for providing One South UK with correct billing and shipping information. If an order has been posted to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible. If you refuse a delivery from One South UK or do not collect your order from a pick up location leading to the order being returned to us, you will be responsible for the original postage cost and return postage cost.

Returns & Exchange

We strongly advise to have a look at the measurements of our items, any questions please email us at onesouthuk@gmail.com If an item does not fit and you wish to exchange your purchase, please email us at onesouthuk@gmail.com 

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to advise and accommodate you. 



We are happy to issue a refund for any item you have purchased under the following conditions:

You must return the item(s) to One South UK in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Return postage and tracking will be your responsibility, we advise that in the case of a return you use tracked delivery. We are happy to issue a credit note for returns received after 14 days. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you have worn an item unless the item is faulty. In this case please email us at onesouthuk@gmail.com


One South UK is committed to respecting your privacy. We will not share any personal information provided to us by you with any third party. We do not collect or store your data or payment details.
